You decide what to share
Short version: nothing is visible before your membership is reviewed, the network is members-only and never indexed by search engines, contact details are shared only when you personally approve a request, and you can hide, pause or delete your account anytime.
The basics
Private where it matters
Listed members appear to reviewed, logged-in members with their name, role and city, nothing else. Email and phone are never visible to anyone; the CV stays hidden unless its owner chooses to show it.
Members only
The directory is for logged-in members. Never public, never indexed by search engines.
You control your visibility
Listed is the standard choice; it's how the directory works. You can switch to Hidden any time, and nobody will see you at all.
Contact by request
Email and phone are never listed. Someone sends an intro request; you decide whether to share, and what.
Your CV stays private by default
Stored outside the public web, never indexed. Hidden unless you switch it on for other members, or share it after an approved request.
Leave anytime
Hide your profile, pause your account, or delete it. Deletion has a 30-day grace, and you can cancel within it.
What other members see
Only what you choose
Logged-in members browse profiles based on each person's visibility settings, nothing more.
Sensitive details stay private
CV, email, phone and documents are shared only after you accept a request.
Memberships are reviewed
Every member is personally reviewed before appearing in the directory.
Admin actions are logged
We keep a record of moderation actions for accountability.
